User Defined Fields Tab

This tab has user defined fields so that additional and customized information may be added to the asset. To add user defined information to the asset, click the User Defined Fields tab to bring it to the front.

• UDF 1 through UDF 20: UDF fields 1-20 allow data in alphanumeric format.
• UDF 21-23: data must be in a numeric format.
• UDF 24: data must be in date format. When you select the drop-down arrow in this field, a calendar control appears, from which you may select a date.
